Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. It's very important to us, that we don't only sell you one item, but develop a long-lasting relationship, so we do everything in our power to describe the items with 100% Accuracy! But, for some unlikely reason you are not happy with your purchase, just contact us within 48-hours of receiving delivery of your item, and ship it back the same way (fully insured), and we will refund your purchase price, minus just the shipping. NOTE: Your refund is dependant on the ring being returned in the exact same condition as it was shipped. If there is an issue or the item has been worn and the item is not returned in the same condition, there will be a restocking fee of 10%-25% depending on the value of the merchandise. Also, if it has been longer that 48-hours, we will offer a credit only for a future purchase of another item.
