2005 Cal Golden Bears Las Vegas Bowl Champions 10K Gold Ring

This impressive 2005 California Golden Bears Las Vegas Bowl Champions ring was presented to a member of the Cal Bears football organization and commemorates Cal’s victory over BYU in the 2005 Las Vegas Bowl.

The Golden Bears defeated BYU 35–28, finishing the 2005 season with an 8–4 record. One side of the ring features “CHAMPIONS 2005,” the Las Vegas Bowl logo and the final CAL 35 – BYU 28 score. The opposite side displays the recipient’s name along with a detailed Cal football helmet.

The 2005 Golden Bears roster was loaded with future NFL talent, with more than a dozen members of the team eventually reaching the professional ranks, including Marshawn Lynch, DeSean Jackson, Justin Forsett, Brandon Mebane, Desmond Bishop and Thomas DeCoud.

The face features the classic Cal script logo against a deep blue background, surrounded by stones, with “CALIFORNIA” and “GOLDEN BEARS” incorporated into the design.

Manufactured by Jostens, the ring is crafted in 10K gold and carries the appropriate Jostens and 10K markings inside the band. It is a size 11, weighs a substantial 39.7 grams, and is in near mint to mint condition with very light signs of wear.
