About Gavin Holmes:
Holmes was a key defensive player for Wake Forest during the 2021 season, appearing in 13 games and recording 19 total tackles (17 solo), 3.0 tackles for loss, four pass breakups, and one interception - including a pick during the Gator Bowl. After the 2021 season, Holmes transferred to the University of Texas, where he became a starting cornerback for the Longhorns. In 2022, he played in 11 games, posting 23 tackles and nine passes defended. Holmes later declared for the NFL Draft, aiming to take his talents to the professional level.
