Alfredo, who was a slick-fielding shortstop, played 18-seasons in the Majors ......four of those years with the Dodgers, and was the starting shortstop for L.A. in all 7-Games in the NLCS versus the N.Y. Mets, and started all 5-games in the World Series against the Oakland A's! Alfredo Griffin, was also named the *Rookie-of-the-Year* in 1979, won a "Gold Glove" Award in 1985 (He should have won more), and was selected to the American League *All-Star* Team in 1984!
