The 1991 MLB All-Star Game took place on July 9, 1991, at the SkyDome in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It was the 62nd edition of the All-Star Game.

The American League won the game with a score of 4-2, securing their fourth consecutive victory in the All-Star series. This win was notable for Cal Ripken Jr.'s performance, as he hit a home run and was named the game's MVP.

The game featured several memorable moments, including the first-ever appearance of both Ken Griffey Jr. and Barry Bonds in an All-Star Game. Additionally, the game marked the final All-Star appearance of legendary pitcher Nolan Ryan.
