The "Midsummer Classic" returned to Yankee Stadium in 2008 for the fourth and final time, which hosted the *All-Star* Games in 1939, 1960, and 1977. The American League entered this ASG on an 11-game unbeaten streak (10-0-1) as the NL continued to look for their first win since 1996. This would turn out to be the longest All-Star Game in MLB history (4 hours and 50-minutes), and it also tied the mark for the longest game by innings (15) with the 1967 *All-Star* Game. The A.L. would win again, 4-3, and J.D. Drew was named MVP.


This Great Looking, 2008 MLB "All-Star Game" Ring is manufactured by Masters of Design (Stamped: "STERL" for sterling silver) is approximately a size 9.5 and weighs 26.8 grams.
