1997 Texas A&M Aggies Big 12 South Championship Ring

This is an outstanding 1997 Texas A&M Aggies Big 12 Championship Ring. The ring was manufactured by Balfour and is stamped BALFOUR GTC. It is approximately a size 10, weighs 35.0 grams, and is in near mint condition with light signs of wear.

Led by head coach R.C. Slocum, the 1997 Texas A&M Aggies finished the season with a 9-4 overall record, captured the Big 12 South Division title with a perfect 7-0 conference record, and climbed as high as No. 13 in the AP Poll during the season. The Aggies earned a berth in the Big 12 Championship Game and concluded the season with an appearance in the Cotton Bowl.
