Description

This extremely scarce 1973 *All-Star* Game 10K Gold Ring belonged to Los Angeles Kings great, and Montreal Canadiens star: Rogie Vachon!! From his 1st-of-4 *All-Star* Game appearances (1973, 1975, & 1978), plus was named to the NHL *All-Star* 2nd Team in 1977 also. Vachon played for 17-years, but it was with the Kings, who he played with from 1972-78,
that Rogie had his finest moments in the NHL! He was runner-up for the "Vezina Trophy" in 1975, and Vachon was named team MVP for the Los Angeles Kings 4-times in just 5-years, between 1973 and 1977! Rogie also set many goaltending records in L.A. Kings history, which still stand to this day. His #30 was the first number ever retired by the Kings, on February 14, 1985, as his famous purple & gold jersey is now displayed in the Staples Center rafters. This one-of-a-kind ring weighs 14.6-grams of solid 10K gold, has Rogie Vachon's initials "RV" engraved inside, along with all the other proper markings, and comes with a Letter of Authenticity from Rogie Vachon! It's a size 8-to-8.5, as it was most likely made for his pinky, but can be sized up. Considering it's almost 40-years-old, this future "Hall of Famer", who won the "Vezina Trophy" in 1968 with the Canadiens, kept this ring in fantastic condition, perhaps wearing it a dozen times or so!
