1987 Indiana Hoosiers NCAA Basketball National Champions 10K Gold Ring

This extremely rare championship ring is a size 9.5 and weighs 25.5 grams of 10K gold. It is in amazing condition for being nearly 40 years old, with only light signs of wear. The ring belonged to Nolan Fine, who was a referee for the 1987 NCAA Championship game. It was manufactured by Balfour and has all the proper markings inside (See Photos).

The 1986-87 Indiana Hoosiers, coached by Bob Knight, went 30-4 (15-3 Big Ten) and won the NCAA Championship with a dramatic victory over Syracuse on Keith Smart's famous last-second shot. Key players included Steve Alford, Dean Garrett, Rick Calloway, Daryl Thomas, Todd Jadlow, Joe Hillman, and others.
