Billed as one of the greatest NCAA teams of all-time, the 1990 UNLV Runnin' Rebels became the first, and up to this date, the only team to ever score over 100-points in the NCAA "Final Four" Championship game, destroying the Duke Blue Devils by a record-setting margin of 30-points, 103�73!
Led by famed coach Jerry "The Shark" Tarkanian, the Runnin' Rebels were among the most exciting teams in the Nation, and proved it by going 34-1! They consistently led the country in points scored, turnovers forced, and most importantly - wins!!! Not only was this a great team but this ring belonged to an amazing player, Greg Anthony.
This team was "stacked" with stars ........Larry Johnson was the 1st pick in the 1991 NBA Draft from this great team! Stacey Augman went 9th, and Greg Anthony was selected 12th in the 1st Round! George Ackles was the 4th UNLV player taken, drafted 29th in the 1991 NBA Draft! With two *All-Americans* on the team, and a star-studded cast, even Anderson Hunt who contributed 29-points, and was named "Most Outstanding Player" of the tournament by the Associated Press in that 103-73 rout of the Blue Devils, was over-looked, and not selected in the 1991 NBA Draft!
This stunning 1990 U.N.L.V. Runnin Rebels "National Championship" NCAA Basketball Ring belonged to Greg Anthony, and was manufactured by Jostens (Stamped Jostens 10K) This great Piece-of-History is in *Excellent-Mint* condition, , and is roughly a Size 11 to 11-1/2 and weighs 36.6 grams. This would make the *ULTIMATE* gift for the die-hard UNLV fan, or memorabilia collector!
