This *Prestine*, EXTREMELY RARE 1959 New York Giants N.F.L. Eastern Division Champions 14K Gold Football Tie-Bar is in amazing condition, and what the players received in lieu of Championship Rings, a whopping 64-years ago! This incredible, vintage championship award, is in near perfect condition, with beautiful color enameling, and is the only one we have ever seen hit the market! Manufactured by Dieges & Clust, who was the premier Championship Ring Company, from the 1920's to 1950's. This great piece-of-history was not available to the public, and only the team. This very scarce tie-bar, from this 1959 Championship Season, is completely original & weighs 9.5-grams of Solid 14K Yellow Gold! The 1959 season was the Giants' 35th season in the National Football League. New York's superior defense became the second defense in NFL history to lead the league in fewest rushing yards... fewest passing yards... and, fewest total yards. The 1959 N.Y. Giants scored 284-points, which was more than in any of the previous four seasons in which the legendary Vince Lombardi was their offensive co-ordinator. They went-on to play the powerful Baltimore Colts in the NFL Championship, for a second strait season. This 1/2 Century-Old Tie-Bar is in Nr. *Mint* to *Mint* Condition (perhaps, worn a handful of times). The original Dieges & Clust 14K marking are stamped on the back . This is an amazing, super rare piece of Giants History.
