Description

Here's a beautiful jersey of 7-time *All-Star* and "Gold Glove" Outfielder ....
Reggie Smith's 1980 Los Angeles Dodgers Game-Worn Home Jersey #8

.....with one of the strongest arms in all of baseball, this would be Reggie Smith's 7th and last Major League Baseball*All-Star*appearances! Smith lead the National League in hitting at the All-Star break (.328) and finished the season with a .322 Batting AVG. (Bill Buckner won the NL Batting Title with a .324 AVG)!

Everything on this stunning Los Angeles Dodgers home jersey is in fantastic original condition, with the proper Goodman & Sons tagging in the neck. (Please See Pictures) For approximately 2-years, MIZUNO made a majority of the uniforms for Goodman (beginning late in the 1979 season). The material is slightly different, and you'll notice the manufacturer tag is slightly different as well. Also, it's possible that the 1980 All-Star Game patch might have been added at a later time by the Dodgers, as the stitching is not the same as most of my other 1980 L.A. Dodgers jerseys, but the same as my Rick Sutcliffe.
